Petition Let fathers and mothers share bring up their child ie flexible hours so both can work and be at home some of week

parents to be able to have a flexible working week so they put in hours of contract . ie flexi-time so fathers and mothers have time to raise and shape their children together. Also bring in a better wage.
Also the right for absent parents ( not living with child ) to share parenting rights so the same arrangement can be in place. .
