Petition Stop queues building up on country roads

Country roads, ecpecially in summer, are clogged by cars tootling along at 37 mph, no matter what the speed limit.
A law should be introduced so that anybody driving at the head of a queue of more than 6 vehicles is obliged to pull over at the earliest, safe, opportunity and let the queue past.
