victims of crime must have all their details which the police hold about them destroyed. these are details that the police take from the victim when they report a crime . a victim may report a crime and 17 years later the police will still hold onto the victims details. this is a very uncomforting thought as why should the police hold the victims details as though they are criminals. police should be forced by law to destroy ALL the complainants (victims) details as soon as the case is concluded or matter is resolved. this also goes for all law enforcement bodies (police, soca, customs etc).
