give people 1 year driving ban, and 500 pounds fine, at the minute the fine imposed for using phone is pathetic, i am a driver and all day i see people texting and it is so dangerous for everyone, they swerve, drift into oncoming lanes, texting when driving is worse than drink driving, it has been proved.
