Rejected petition Les Dawson Posthumous OBE

After being previously shortlisted for an OBE we would like Les to be re considered for this honour. He was the first comedian to raise £1,000,000 for charity and added milestones for the entertainment industry. In light of recent high profile disgraced entertainers that were honoured, we would like the government to put forward a posthumous OBE recommendation.
