Petition Civil servants - maximum pay & pension

That Civil Servants, no matter of what grade or seniority, have pay & pension levels that are no higher than the Prime Minister. Reasoning being the PM has a country to run whereas a Civil Servant has only a department.

This would save a rather large wage bill that could then be returned to the taxpayer or used to bolster the NHS or Defense etc
