Self replicating social hierarchies like those found in the current mangement class that allow for roles to be awarded based on style of talk, so the way a person talks, and style of writing should be moderatated and barriers should be put in place that favour awarding roles measured only by persons' capacity to perform them regardless of the way they talk or the style of their writing or even dress and regardless of the way they deal with others in that social group.
