The government should make it illegal for merchandisers to place an expiry date on gift vouchers. The money has already been received by the store and so the companies concerned are thieving from us , the customers. The customer takes the risk that in ten years time they will not get the same value for money, but they should not lose all of it because of an arbitrary time frame.
