So Basically, Wigan Council Want's To Close The Market That Every Wiganer Knows Is A Classic Building. And They Want To Move It Into The Disused Building Connecting Onto The Galleries But It Just Isn't Big Enough And It Can't Hold As Many Traders Becuase The Current Market Has 30+ Stalls But The Proposed Building Has 15 Stalls.
