I have Worked for a Public funded Theatre over 8yrs.I am going through a Grievance for raising issues which seriously effect my work.I'm finding it difficult to get my voice heard in the organisation. i had to join a union do do that.Moving forward I would Like all Publicly funded companies to show transparency and have a open book and Honour their commitment to investment in Diversity and give opportunity to all in the organisation and local workforce and community.To set a realistic target of achievement detailing targets and projection and to have annual independent audits which will show who's responsible for instituting policy and show progress and statistics.They should be proud of their record. The Arts are for All to enjoy.
So come on Lets make it Happen.
