Petition allow conservatories on barn conversions
More details
The current block on the owners of barn conversions being able to add conservatories seems outdated and incredibly unfair. The reasons we are given is that the barn must be able to be put back to agricultural use but has anyone ever seen this occur. It would be relatively simple to set design criteria such as stating that a rubber seal between wall without affecting the structure.
