Petition extra premium to pay for insurance regarding Flood Re

The building insurances are bringing in a new way that people can get insurance on flooding.
The name is Flood Re.It will cost all consumers £10-50p added to individuals insurance policy.
This is unfair to expect people to pay as everyone has
different circumstances.
I want the government to act on this, to see that it is unfair and cancel the implement date of 2015.
