Petition Public Consultation on UK Constitutional Reform

More details

Building on public engagement in the Scottish Referendum Campaign, the Kelvin Committee should include: (1) a consultation with English voters on proposed English devolution, and (2) consultation with all UK voters on reform of the British constitution. Voters should be (a) asked for their own ideas about constitutional reform and (b) asked to comment on proposals put before the Kelvin Committee.
