I respectfully submit that a clause about the NHS (National Health Service) be made as part of a New Constitution that not only guarantees the right of free health care to all UK subjects but also guarantees that the body known as the NHS (National Health Service) will remain 'For All Time' within these fair Isles of the United Kingdom
