Fed up with the greedy energy Companies? The avaricious water companies, the thieving oil companies? Payback time - They are all showing profits which begs for them to make a Rights issues. They should be enforced, with the threat of tax penalties to make such Rights issues which would be bought by the government, with money from the Treasury Special fund, and those shares held in trust by the Government of the day on behalf of and for the benefit of the British public. All dividends to be be reinvested in scrip and the allotted to he National Pension fund. This is simply shared equity.
