In light of the resignation from the Govt for the MP for Braintree, Brooks Newmark for the alleged display of his private parts over social media, it is fair and proper that this MP be recalled back by his electorate and ask if they still have confidence in his ability to represent them.
The petition is to call for a By-election to be held on the basis of any resignation for grounds of gross misconduct in office.
