Currently to get a divorce you need to fill certain criteria, you must: blame the other person for adultery, unreasonable behaviour, desertion, or have had a two year separation if you both agree to the divorce or a five year separation if you do not.
This is cruel and unreasonable if the marriage is not working and it is nobodies fault and no wrongs have been done.
We are petitioning for a no blame divorce that will leave both parties free to leave each other and the marriage when they both find that it is not working.
Both parties will have to agree to the divorce which will show their sincerity in working together to break the marriage, but no one person will be blamed for the breakdown of the marriage when it is not the fault of a single person.
