Any amendments to our membersip of the European Court of Human Rights or assoiciated United Kingdom's Human Rights legislation are of such gravity that no changes should be made without a clear mandate from the electorate. A referendum should be called to establish the wishes of the people of the United Kingdom before any changes to our membership are made.
