Rejected petition CSA payments - putting kids first

Kids should be put first when it comes to CSA payments. All CSA payments should be spent on the child and not on things such as hair and nail extensions for the parents.
The government can make a portion of CSA payments via food and children's clothing vouchers to ensure a minimum amount is used to support the child and not spent elsewhere.
