Rejected petition harbour properties missing bonds !

This petition is for all the tenants and landlords that have lost their bonds and rent payments due to harbour properties stealing the cash and using it on other means ! The bonds they took were supposed to go into a TDS but this was never done therefore they have breached there contract and the law ! Please sign this petition to help get the fraud departmwnt to investigate this case !
