All dogs are dangerous in the hands of irresponsible owners. Any dog that attacks another dog or human says more about the owner than the dog.
Having had my dog attacked more than once by a dog off the lead, unsupervised and considered a banned breed, and seeing the owner escape any penalty or accountability, I am appealing to Parliament for them to prosecute any owner, who knows their dog is dangerous, or has the potential to be dangerous.
