When leaving school/college, work 6 days per week.
on reaching 30 5 days per week. 40 4 days per week,
50 3 days per week, 60 2 days per week. 65 to retirement 1 day per week.
This should help with employment, help young families, and enable people as they get older to work less thus creating more leisure time and a better quality of life.
