Under the terms of the Personal Independence Payment's Circumstances category, it only covers patients with terminal forms of cancer.

There are other conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Cystic Fibrosis, Motor Neurons Disease as well as others that restrict the lives of their sufferer's.

So I would like the Special Circumstances Personal Independence Payment category to cover these and other Illnesses and Conditions that restrict and shorten the lives of their sufferer's.
