I would like to start a petition to make Receptions in all Business including Councils to open at 08:00 and Close at 16:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday's 08:00 to 16:30.
I have found out that because of the new Flexi time scheme more people are starting work much earlier and finishing earlier and as everyone can now pay there bills online like council tax people on receptions should have the right to close early. That's what I would like the government to do.
