if a deceased relative does not leave a will the law should be changed so that if only one of the deceased relatives has looked after him/her and the others have done nothing at all these other beneficeries should not be alllowed to claim any part of the estate if the one who has can prove that he/she has done everything to look after the said person then they should get everything
