Peter Lewis presented evidence relating to Denise McGlinchey,an ex-employee whose ID card was put up on a notice board in her manager's office (Mike Taylor) with a picture of a cow replacing her photo.\r\n\r\nAny tribunal that by dint of its position is going to call one of the parties unreliable should be legally required to accurately represent the evidence in its decisions which the parties accurately present to it.
