The foreign office must
1) Provide real help for Serena Bowes in her fight for justice. She needs legal assistance in Italy and the foreign office must pay for it to prevent an injustice.
2) Provide a help line offering real legal help for any person who has suffered rape in a foreign country.
3) Where there is a clear injustice, as in Serena's case, the office must lobby the government involved at a high level.
