The mandatory use of this site is becoming more and more of a farce. The site is not secure, job history and search history is not always saved in records, the site is only a copy of the Monster.com which is a flawed site at best, the site does not seem to to anyone from my area other than council jobs, which are all advertised on the council site, there is worse complaints, please feel free to add to this list/
