Petition Restore the Newcastle Central Station Portico

We believe that the current vandalism of Newcastle's historic Central Station should be reversed and that the Victorian portico should be restored to its original and intended purpose. We also believe that the employees at English Heritage who allowed this ill-founded scheme to go ahead should be censored for the dereliction of their duty to protect one of the world's best preserved Victorian railway buildings.
