The government SHOULD:

-Create a central, online service to report specific types of crime

The crime types SHOULD include:

-Fraud
-Drug use
-Bullying
-Witness reports (general crimes)
-Valid suspicions of a crime that took place

ALLOW:

-Anonymity (to a certain extent, with correspondence via e-mail, and a follow-up)
-Evidence to be uploaded

Why?

An online, central place to reporting not limited to online-crime will allow citizens of the United Kingdom to provide law enforcement with as much intelligence as possible, through an easy-to-use system in which they can be assured they will receive a follow-up.
