Beariing in mind:
1. The seriously dilapidated state of the present Parliament building and
2. The need to stimulate economic activity in Northern England and to reduce economicpressures on London and South Eastern England,
We call on the Government to get a new Parliament building and government offices with all necessary ancillary services designed, planned, built and equipped at a site in Northern England chosen by a Royal Commission ready for business by 31/12 /25.
