Petition devo max for northern ireland

This petition is for devolution max in Northern Ireland to allow the administration at Stormont all the powers necessary for effective government. Further it would scrap the Northern Ireland Office with all powers given to a new Governor of Northern Ireland which would be elected by the people and answerable to a committee set up at stormont to hold any governor to account. Lastly this petition as part of devo max would authorize northern Ireland's representatives to create a northern ireland constitution with the aim of setting out clearly in law the rights and responsibilities of the people and their devolved government.
