I want to petition for the introduction of a zero tolerance to street canvassers & pressure selling.
I feel it should be possible for you to visit any town or city in the United Kingdom without being bombarded by a barrage of canvassers or sellers trying to sell you tourist passes or products from nearby shops.
Quite frankly its off putting and on some occasions quite intimidating, the persistent nature of some of them.
It is something difficult to police in its current form as such a zero tolerance approach needs to be brought in and not allow it in any form
