The trains do not run reguarly, over crowding is a seirous issues, constant signalling failures. Britain depends on a good train service for the mass amount of commuters, when trains do not show or get cancelled, job performance suffers. It is not fair that FGW can raise fares whilst the rest of our job performances suffer due to poor train services.
