Killing someone is a life sentence people drink at there own will and they need to know the consequences if they make a mistake while under the influence of alcohol. Also even if you don't kill someone that is lucky and you still had the mentality to do it. This is like attempted murder. Please government punish them for they peoples lives they may ruin and the chaos they may cause
