Why are carers and support workers on a lowly paid wage? We help people to live independently, comfortably, safely and without fear and worry. We also help people to die comfortably too. What we do is a very hard job, it takes a toll on our physical and mental wellbeing.
We need more recognition.
Hourly rates need to be changed and Minimum wage should be raised!
