Sanctuary housing use bulling tactics and lie to tennants and leaseholders. Sanctuary housing make Tennant's live in properties which have major repaies. They vititmise the most vulnerable in society making them wait months for a urgert repair. Sanctuary housing are a exempt charity but instead of getting property's up to standard they donate money to community groups. Chief extective is on over £320,000 a year but a lot of Tennant's are struggling day to day with money as a lot are on benefits
