Petition Employers forced to declare staff turnover

Protecting the rights of employees has been critical and as such has legislation. However, it is common place for people to undergoe severe distress and workplace bullying where they do not meet minimum time for tribunal.
As such I petition the prospect of having employers publish staff turnover numbers. This would enable job hunters to be aware of problem companies and ask more before join.
