People who over eat get bariatric surgery for free on NHS and are treated for diabetes , beating issues etc... however you cannot get tattoo removal free on NHS as a tattoo is self inflicted .... so is over eating diseases... you cannot get breast enlargement free yet fat people not only get bariatric they then get skin removal once weight is lost ... over eating causes these issues !!
