Petition funding for young carers

For the government to provide monetary support for young carers who are supporting parents who, because of their illness, cannot work.
At the moment there is funding available for carers if they are not in full time education, but there is nothing available for children/young adults who are supporting and caring for their parents whilst getting an education (something which is now compulsory until the age of 18).
