Rejected petition Citizen and Military Service

National Citizen(civilian) Service and Military Service should not be voluntaty. When you reach a minimum age (16-18) it should be compulsory for Military Service, Anyone Who is unfit to serve Should do Citizen Service. Women Should have the choice to do either one. If one is unfit to serve in the military because of physical or psychological impairments, he or she is also deemed unfit for civilian service, even if the impairments do not render the individual unable to fulfill a specific task related to the Citizen service. This Would bring many beniefits in regards to Work Experience in Young people to Reducing the Crime rate wich has worked in other Countries.
