Halls and private accommodation fees and constantly on the rise but Student Finance, give out by the government, are not taking note.
Loans given out by Student Finance need to be increased for university students to be able to pay their accommodation as well as being able to live at university.
Not long ago tuition fees went up and are currently around the £9,000 per year mark and then on top of this, students are facing daily struggles and constant financial pressures to pay their rent and feed themselves.
Student Finance base how much they give to an individual on their parent or guardians income. How can they tell they will get money from parent or guardians's that will cover their accommodation? They can't, they presume this which seems to be all this government does!
Come on, people living in this country get more on benefits than students, who are this country 'future', apparently!
