How much longer will motorists have to put up with cyclists using these dazzling lights, which flash and are very badly adjusted.
Anyone who may be susceptible to epilepsy, could have an attack brought on by these irresponsible people.
Cyclists should have their bikes checked once a year as per an MOT test for vehicles & have as a minimum, 3rd party insurance along with ID.
Also indorse their driving licences with appropriate points for flouting the Highway Code.
