Petition Remove Alcohol Licences from Supermarkets

Amendment to alcohol licencing to prevent Supermarkets from selling any alcoholic drinks greater than 3% by volume.
Off-Licence shops would then be created in every town in the country to fulfil the demand from the public.
Empty retail spaces would be filled, jobs created, and High Streets reinvigorated. Specialist beer, wine and spirit shops would also flourish.
