The Government is wasting public money on unnecessary projects that are not needed and undertaken for the Highway agency's or Local councils personal interests only and to lower unemployment.

No more traffic light or road modifications or improvements or projects other than maintenance shall be started without at least 50% approval from the local population. Period.

The roundabout in Leek Town centre shall be restored as well as the roundabout in Chorley, Lancashire and the 2 roundabouts on the A483 Chester, just off the A55 J38

The work at these locations shall be paid for from the salary's of the council staff and Department of transport & Highways agency and the manual labor shall be undertaken for free by road workers who have been standing around doing nothing for 50% of their daily work hours which has been proved on video & by witness.
