Traffic lights where A272 north bound joins junction 9 of M3.
Queues are very common in the morning and every other junction on the round about has lights and the join from the A272 north onto the main roundabout at junction doesn't.
This increase commuting time by up to 50 minutes some days as the right of way and the speed people come round the roundabout to join the M3 south bound stops any chance of pulling out.
Its unsafe and unnecessary. Get a new set of lights every other part of the round about does!!!!!
