I live in the centre of France...it reaches -10 to -20 degrees in winter, from December to March, with 20 to 40 mph winds, which brings the temperatures to Canada level, which I do not think is a WARM country. We are pensioners, and not all of us have central heating, which I believe many people who live on benefits in the UK have. Please remember us!
