We would like the Government to make England's cricket captain, Charlotte Edwards, a Dame, for her services to cricket, to country, and to all the children she has helped at grass roots level through Chance to Shine. We should not wait until she retires - she has already captained England in 200 international matches and deserves this recognition now.
