In light of the rioting, make budget cuts from other area's let our police departments police effectively. Bring in a national guard that is present in the UK at all times to supplement the police, a form of military police that hold a presence within the UK at all times, military trained National Guard. All arrested should be charged, imprisoned and fined and if they are under 18 their parents should be fined and charged also.
