People that are arrested taking part in a Riot that involves violent or destructive behaivour should face an automatic fine of £2000 and a period of Community Service to clean up the damage
Aside from any other criminal charges they must be made to contribute to the Policing burden and the damaged caused. If they are under age then their parents should be made to pay instead.
